Qualifications:
- Must have received at 3 least prior services at The Root of You™
- Maintain valid credit card on file (only for any cancellation or no-show fees)
- Receive individual secure Client ID and Password from frontdesk representative

Policies:
- Appointments may be booked Tuesday-Friday and Sunday
- Specialty services that require a consultation may not be booked online.
- Each service requested must be booked to guarantee during appointment.
- All Packages may not be booked on-line.

Instructions:
1. Login (with ID and Password provided by frontdesk representative)
2. Click BOOK APPOINTMENTS tab and follow Steps 1-8
3. Print Confirmation or await e-mail confirmation
4. Log Out

- MY HISTORY tab shows your service history.
- MY APPOINTMENTS tab shows appointment for selected date range.
- SERVICE DESCRIPTION tab shows description of services
- CHANGE MY INFO tab allows you to update your contact or online information
- Frequent Client Points incurred show in the top right side in blue
- HELP button give detailed step-by-step instructions or answers to specific online questions.

When booking on-line appointments, you are committing to reserve time to receive services. The Root of You™ reserves the right to assess a $10 fee per:  (1) no-show appointment (2) cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time.
